If for any reason your order did not arrive within 5-15 business days from the purchase date due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays. Please contact us at support@iigears.com and we will resolve your issue right away.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process and ship your order the same day or within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed. The arrival time is between 5-17 business days. If for any reason you did not receive your order within 17 days please contact us support@iigears.com

  • Which days do you ship?

Our warehouse ships orders from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. 

  • Where do you ship from?

We hold multiple fulfillment centers, if you have ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately. Our Warehouses are located in California, Shenzhen, and Calgary. Most orders will be shipped directly from our Shenzhen Warehouse. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide in most countries.

  • How do I check my tracking number?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you can track your order on the track page.

  • I Didn't Receive My Tracking Number

If you have not received your tracking number please request it by emailing us at support@iigears.com

  • What are the payment options?

    We accept all major credits and Paypal.

    • Wrong address or variant.

    If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us at support@iigears.com as soon as possible. Please provide us all the correct information in one email. We can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed immediately after the purchase. 

    • What's your return policy?

    We want to keep our customers satisfied. Although all sales are final, if for any reason the product is not as described, we will fully exchange it or refund your product. Email us at support@iigears.com  for any questions or concerns.

    • Do your Products Come With A Warranty.

    All of our products are final sale, we do not offer any warranty depending on a certain product. Please read the description of the product if it offers warranty.

    iigears offer the highest security solutions to protect your personal information. Your credit card and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which is used on the internet for payments to be processed safely.
